The Norwegian Lottery association, Norsk Tipping, wanted to build it’s reputation and tell the public what it does for sports and culture in Norway. How the money they make from people playing goes back to the public. So a magazine was made that went out with one of biggest national newspapers. The name “Overskudd” means surplus and it is the Lottery association surplus that goes back to the public.
